(Hong Kong, April 26, 2023) Langham Hospitality Group has earned a total of five coveted stars in the Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2023, announced on April 26, 2023, continuing its stellar mission to take elevated Cantonese cuisine to the world.
The 15th edition of the renowned guide saw T’ang Court at The Langham, Hong Kong retain its three Michelin Stars for the 8th consecutive year, Ming Court at Cordis, Hong Kong recognized with one Michelin Star for the 15th year in a row and Yat Tung Heen in Eaton Hong Kong earning one Michelin Star for its legacy Cantonese Dining experience.
Three Michelin-starred T’ang Court at The Langham, Hong Kong has offered a fine selection of authentic Cantonese delicacies over the years, it has been recognised by Michelin inspectors since 2009 when the distinctive red guide first launched in Hong Kong and Macau, and has kept its three Michelin-star status since 2016.
Helmed by Executive Chinese Chef of T’ang Court, Wong Chi Fai who has been with the restaurant for nearly two decades and risen through the ranks since joining as a junior chef overlooking the steamers. Chef Wong has led the team in maintaining the highest culinary standards and in achieving this coveted recognition in addition to numerous international culinary awards and accolades.
