Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Beginning January 1, 2020 verified California residents will have the right to request that we not sell their personal information. We do not disclose your personal information in exchange for monetary payment. However we may disclose or provides access to personal information to certain third parties that provide us with services such as helping us with advertising, data analysis and security, which may fall under the definition of “consideration” and be considered a “sale” under the CCPA.

To submit a request, please take the below steps:

Step 1: Filling in the submission form

By completing the submission form you are instructing us to exclude your personal information from those transactions. (* indicates mandatory field)

Step 2: Declaring Authorisation

You must be 16 years of age or older to make a request; if you are under 16, your parent or legal guardian must make the request on your behalf. If you are making the request as an authorised agent of the above individual please send a copy of the Power Of Attorney or other written authorisation to ca-datarequest@langhamhotels.com.

 

Step 3: Verifying your Identity

To respond to your request we will need to collect information from you to enable us to link the information we hold to your identity. This process helps ensure that we are honoring your requests for information about you, and not about someone else.
