As soon as the agreements are signed, we begin coordinating between key corporate departments including Sales and Marketing, Recruitment and Training, and Procurement, etc. to assist in make your hotels ready. In particular, we focus on the configuration and compatibility of operational and technical system, ensuring also that all required procedures are in place.

Our Legal team will provide assistance in obtaining relative permits and licenses, while our Human Resources team will begin hiring and training high quality leaders that will drive the property's success. A pre-opening budget and business plan will be created by the operations group, in conjunction with Sales and Marketing. The hotel will be integrated into The Langham distribution network and be part of the global marketing activities that are executed by all our sales colleagues.
