Our approach is set out in our Sustainability Policy and delivered through our sustainability management framework, which is structured around four pillars: Governance, People, Community and Environment.
Guided by our 2030 targets, we are working to reduce the environmental impact of our operations. Through collaboration, shared learning and practical action, we also seek to support wider progress across the hospitality industry.
Sustainability is overseen by the LHG Executive Committee and the LHG Sustainability Steering Committee, with a CONNECT Champion at each hotel leading local implementation.
