      Executive Chairman

      Dr. Lo has over 40 years of experience in property development, hotel and investment business and holds several government advisory positions.

      He is the Chairman and Managing Director of Great Eagle, and the Executive Chairman of the Langham Hospitality Group (2003-present). He is also the Chairman and non-executive Director of Eagle Asset Management (CP) Limited (Manager of the publicly listed Champion Real Estate Investment Trust) (2006-present).

      Among his other past public and civic positions, he was Chairman of Hong Kong Hospital Authority (2000-2002), board member of the Hong Kong Airport Authority (2003-2011), member of the Exchange Fund Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (2012-2018), Director of Hong Kong Stock Exchange (1992-2006) and Chairman of the Listing Committees of both the Main Board (1992-1996) and Growth Enterprise Market (1999-2003).

      He was also non-executive Director for several leading Hong Kong corporate entities, including The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (1992-2012), Shanghai Industrial Holdings Limited (1996-2016), Phoenix Satellite Television Holdings Limited (2006-2016) and China Mobile (Hong Kong) Limited (2001-2016).

      Dr Lo has received a number of awards in recognition of his varied contributions to Hong Kong’s business and civic sectors: in 2003, the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region conferred on him one of its highest honours, the Gold Bauhinia Star. In 2005, Dr Lo was named “Hotelier of the Year” at the Asia-Pacific Hotel Industry Conference, and received the “Hong Kong Business Person of the Year” award from DHL/SCMP. The following year, he was cited as “Travel Entrepreneur of the Year” by Travel Trade Gazette.

      Dr. Lo was born in Hong Kong and graduated from McGill University in Canada, with B.Sc. in Biophysics, and attained his M.D. in medicine from Cornell University. Dr. Lo was trained and specialised in Internal Medicine and Cardiology, and did research in Nuclear Cardiology during his fellowship at the University of Michigan Hospital in USA prior to his return to Hong Kong.

      Bob has served as a senior business leader at Langham Hospitality Group for over 20 years and has a solid track record of leading various business units at both the regional and global levels. In his previous roles as COO and Senior Vice President – Sales and Marketing, Bob delivered on numerous organisational transformation initiatives and was instrumental in defining the direction of the group’s storied brands.

      Chief Financial Officer

      Francis is a seasoned finance executive with more than 35 years of hotel finance and corporate finance experience. He started working with Hyatt hotels and Hyatt Asia-Pacific office from 1987 to 2008 and then joined Marco Polo Hotel Group as Vice President of Finance from 2008 to 2010. He then took on the role of Group Vice President of Finance at Rosewood Hotel Group, overseeing more than 60 hotels worldwide from 2010 to 2018. Prior to joining Langham Hospitality Group, Francis held the role of Vice President Finance at Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Ltd, whose assets include Four Seasons Hong Kong and The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong.

      Francis leads the finance, legal, investment and feasibility teams. He is responsible for the financial leadership, strategy, planning and control, across the growing number of hotels and assets in Langham’s portfolio.

      Lawrence Ng oversees the group’s global sales, revenue management, e-commerce, and marketing and communications divisions. 

      With close to 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has a solid track record of success and is renowned for his exceptional leadership and business acumen. 

      Lawrence previously led the Greater China Sales & Marketing team for Marriott International, where he played a key role in driving market expansion and revenue growth in one of the world's most dynamic regions. He has also held senior sales roles at the property level.

      At Langham Hospitality Group, Sandra oversees all aspects of human resources, including culture, learning and development, employee engagement, organizational design, and talent management to meet and support the Group’s overall growth plan.

      With over 25 years’ human resources experience, Sandra has a solid understanding and in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on Greater China. Sandra had previously held the position of Vice President, Human Resources, Talent Management Solutions - Asia Pacific at Marriott International where she was responsible for strategic workforce planning and analytics, performance management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, employer branding, recruitment technology, talent sourcing and recruiting, college relations and graduate programmes.

      Sean Seah plays a key role in shaping the group’s strategy, with a focus on corporate development and the growth of new strategic initiatives leveraging technology to innovate guest journeys and scale business opportunities.

      Sean has a wealth of experience that has seen him hold senior leadership roles with Microsoft, HSBC, and numerous other industry-leading firms. He also spent the early part of his career leading Langham Hospitality Group’s e-business-, loyalty- and partner-marketing efforts.

      Lo Young oversees the China portfolio of hotels and resorts, leading all operational aspects including sales, revenue, marketing, food and beverage, human resources, finance, as well as design and technical service.

      With over 40 years of hospitality experience in international hotel groups across Asia, Lo is a familiar face at Langham Hospitality Group, having previously served as Regional Vice President of China, Macau, and Taiwan from 2011 to 2016. During his tenure, he successfully established and set-up our Regional Office in China and led the opening and pre-opening of 11 hotels in his region.

      Mandy Fan leads Langham Hospitality Group’s strategic growth in the China market.

      With over 25 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Mandy is a seasoned hotelier and business leader. Her in-depth relationships, understanding and involvement in the market has made her a respected figure in hotel development in China. Mandy joined Langham Hospitality Group in 2009 and has been instrumental in its expansion ever since. She was most recently the Senior Vice President of Development & Owner Relations – China, contributing to the strategic development of several landmark projects in the region. She holds a Master of Science Degree in International Real Estate from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
